Sandy Cay Reef Abaco, Bahamas...
Sandy Cay reef is the heart of the Pelican Cay Land & Sea Park that is fifteen minutes to the south of Lubbers Quarters and the cottages at Lubbers' Landing. This reef is located "inshore" and has a very friendly feel to it... a great location to "get your feet wet" before venturing out to the real ocean dive sites that are available at Foul Cay Marine Preserve twenty minutes to our north- between Scotland Cay and Man-O-War Cay. Sandy Cay Reef bottoms out at 25' while the top of the reef will break the surface at low tide, making this a good spot for snorkeling or diving.
