Rates:

A large part of our rate is for the boat. By renting all of our boats from a select few boat rental companies and offering you a package price, we are able to receive a much better price than your average one time customer could. These rates cannot be advertised as they are below market rates. For this reason, we do not advertise the rate of our cottages by themselves, but as a package. If you want the cottage only, because you already have a boat, want to rent the boat of your choice on your own, or just don't need one, please E-mail me HERE and I will reply promptly with our rate.

* All taxes and fees are included in the rates above. So that is your final price, no hidden fees, or surprises added to the bill.


This base rate includes the 21' Dusky shown on the Boats page of this site. This boat works well for 2-6 people, but better for 2 than 6. We often have groups rent more than one cottage and share a boat, fishermen that want a larger boat, or a couple that wants a Cadillac smooth ride. For this reason, we offer several up-grades. Visit the Boats page to view all the boats with which we can offer a package. They are simply listed with an up charge that is added to the above base rate. Note: The base boat may be subsituted for another like or better boat without notice. The renter is responsible for fuel and oil, any damages, and the optional insurace that will be available during checkin.
