Clearwater Cottage is a two story cottage with a loft bedroom perfect for two, and a full sleep sofa downstairs, so this cottage can also accommodate a couple with young children. Clearwater has a full kitchen and screened-in porch complete with a hammock. There is also a CD player, coffee maker and gas grill. The cottage is set in native tropical landscaping about 150' from a white sand beach and the crystal clear water of Abaco Sound in Abaco, Bahamas. Clearwater is fully air conditioned.

This cottage is one mile south of Lubbers' Landing in the Abaco Ocean Club neighborhood. It is not as private as the cottages at Lubbers' Landing nor does it have as many amenities, however, it is a simple yet nice cottage that is cost-effective and family friendly.
