Rates
We have two rate choices:
50% discount for all new 2010 reservations! This applies to stays of 7 nights or longer. Discount is applied to the cottage only. Book now... scheduled to expire August 15th.
- Option #1: Cottage with the boat included:
$2,250.00 per week or $321.42 per night. - Option #2: Cottage only:
$1,450.00 per week, or $207.14 per night.
You must have a boat to stay on Lubbers Quarters as we are a semi-remote island. If you are choosing the "cottage only" rate and do not have a boat, you must rent one. Below are recommended companies. You can save money by renting a smaller boat, or a lesser boat. The Albury 20' that we package the cottage with is an expensive boat- but in our minds the best you can get.
Both rates includes:
- Cottage
- Boat lift to keep your boat high and dry at night
- Continental breakfast
- Helpful Staff
Rates do not include:
- Food other than above breakfast
- Other arranged activities

Reservations
Please E-mail info@lubberslanding.com for availability. Check in any day but Sunday. Three night minimum.
Payments 
Visa, Master Card, or Discover accepted. Three night minimum, with a 25% deposit to reserve your stay. The balance due 90 days prior to arrival. You will be faxed or e-mailed a reservation form, after availability is confirmed, that you sign and fax back to confirm your stay.
Policies / Information
All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

Cancellations
If you are unable to make your stay for any reason, a full refund or reschedule will be available, if notified prior to 30 days of arrival.
Hurricane Policy
If a local hurricane prevents or makes short your stay with us you will receive a total refund for days lost.
